Mudita Kristy Hinton, Workshift Outreach Coordinator

Mudita, founder of Vital Living Solutions, brews up bone broth and assists the community as a wellness coach and yoga instructor.  She has over twenty years in the natural healing industry from local organic farming, preparing healing foods and herbal medicines, to working in and managing health food facilities in Montana, British Columbia and California. Her focus is in restoring whole, organic, nutrient dense foods to the forefront of health.

Shayla Dressler, Lead Coordinator

Shayla’s background in permaculture farming, plant propagation and animal husbandry has allowed her to work with a wide variety of responsible food producers. From budding and grafting to cheese making and milking, she moved into cooperative grocery management. She is thrilled to return to Griz country and join a team dedicated to nourishing and nurturing our community. Shayla is a certified cheesehead with an extensive background in cooperative grocery management. Ask her for a cheese recommendation to pair with your next bottle of vino!

Samantha Duncan, Owner Coordinator

Sam has a background in philosophy, creative writing, and marketing. She loves to dance to Whitney Houston or Tina Turner while she works, and her favorite Co-op delicacies are local parsnips and green onions.
